Waibury secures on farm equity managers / operators to increase the long-term productivity of these investment farms through prudent capital development if required. It maximises production, cash flow and expected payout resulting in increased capital value.

Here in the South Island we've seen what experts have called 'once in 500 year flooding': a devastating weather phenomenon not seen in New Zealand for a long long time. In some parts of inland Canterbury half a metre of rain fell in just three days. Bridges and roads were damaged and closed, cutting off communities and even separating farmers from some of their stock and land.
